Description

The MTH-103E is a newer version of the MTH-103D. The function, package size and wiring are the same although the MTH-103E has a keypad that replaces the old push button, making programming easier and quicker. This product features a 5- digit tachometer, hourmeter, and trip. The trip can be programmed to activate on overspeed, underspeed (Class C), or hours. It may be magnetic pickup or DC-powered. CSA-approved Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, and D. When powered by an approved pickup, it is approved Class I, Division 1, Groups A, B, C and D.

Description

This magnetic pickup has an explosion proof housing which makes it ideal for hazardous environments. It is a sensitive pickup suitable for mid-speed applications (300 to 500 rpm). It has a long reach (3.500 inches) and 5/8-18 thread.

Most CSA-certified pickups retain that approval only when used as part of a specific certified system or assembly. UL and some CSA approved pickups may be used with any instrumentation.

Magnetic Pickup: intrinsically safe, power zener, extra long reach

Description

The zener-limited output of this magnetic pickup makes it intrinsically safe and CSA approved. The speed sensor produces output even at low speed (<300 rpm), larger gear (>2 inch diam.) applications. It has an extra long 6 inch threaded housing.

Description

This hall-effect sensor is ATEX and IECEx approved for use in hazardous areas: Ex mb (Zone 1, 2) and Ex ia (Zone 0, 1, 2). It is designed to sense ferrous material (gear teeth, hole, pin, etc.) for speed measurement down to zero-speed. The sensor outputs are TTL and Vin-based and are compatible with most PLC input cards. M920 has multiple thread sizes of UNF2A and M (metric) type, and thread lengths from 1.875” to 6”.
